This day of SEE19 is an annual workshop dedicated to Super User Leaders.  The purpose of this day is twofold:

1. Education/training on topic(s) selected by the SUNsource Leader Board.
2. Develop and strengthen relationships with other Super User Leaders.

In this workshop section, you will learn the SUNsource 4 Phases to Building and Sustaining a High-Value Super User Network.

Ginger Luttrell, SUNsource Founder, along with Leader Board member support, will be engaging you in this topic.

You will learn the 4 phases and 4-5 key activity areas in each phase. You will learn key recommendations and cautions based on their decades of experience and wisdom working with Super User Networks.

This session is valuable for any stage Super User Network, whether you are just thinking about starting up your SUN, or you are well down the maturity path. Everyone will have key takeaways for areas that are either overlooked, not considered or need strengthening.
